Winter Solstice Business Retreat
Friday 16th December
10am – 1pm
A virtual space for business owners who want to reflect on the lessons and blessings of the year, connect with their passion and be intentional about what they want to achieve and receive in 2023.
+ Create space just for you and reconnect with your vision and inner wisdom with a small group of like-minded business owners.
+ Let go of being reactive and in survival mode and open up to being more strategic in how you grow your business, create opportunities and attract clients.
+ Tune in with your higher self, co-create your ideal life and business, activate the law of attraction with intention and run your business your way
What we’ll cover in the workshop
- Focus We will begin by setting intentions and I’ll take you through a guided visualisation to help you get into the best state possible to do this important work. This is a magical, healing space we co-create to ensure you leave your survival mode at the door and give yourself permission to dream again.
- Reflect with where you are now and close out the year in a beautiful, healing ceremony. No matter how 2022 has unfolded for you, we can honour, cleanse and release what has been, so that you can leave any negative events behind and take forward only the lessons and blessings and make space for the new.
- Vision you can begin dreaming about 2023….all will be revealed when you align to your highest vision for your dream lifestyle and business you are creating though guided visualisation and permission to think bigger!
- Action Ground all your inner wisdom into inspiring goals and get clear about your next steps to manifesting your vision. As well as looking at actions, you’ll have space to reflect on who are becoming, to easily attract your ideal business and lifestyle.
- Align with a word of the year so you can stay connected with your vision throughout 2023 and we’ll close with an energising activation ceremony so you can consciously call in a wonderful year ahead, for everyone’s highest good.
After the Winter Solstice Business Retreat You Will:

I love bring small groups of inspiring business owners together. I could have run this as a large workshop with everyone using the chat feature on zoom, but I love making real connections in small groups and bringing wonderful people together to share ideas and inspiration. With that in mind, there are limited places available.

What do I need to bring with me?
You will receive some preparation work to do before the session, to begin the reflection process so you can review your year so far. You can also bring your My Fulfilled Planner, notepad and pens….and if you’re feeling especially creative bring some felt tips, stickers and post it notes!
Bring with you a readiness to expand into your exciting future!
What shall I wear?
Imagine this like a retreat for you and your business. Wear something comfortable and have a cushion and blanket ready for when we do the guided visualisations.
I get fidgety when sitting too long on zoom calls – will there be breaks?
The session will be on zoom from 10am to 1pm with breaks and stretches woven into the session. It’ll be creative and there will time for stretching and movement so don’t worry. You could create a standing desk if you’d prefer to stand.
Do I have to print anything out?
The Year End Review from the My Fulfilled Life Planner will be sent to you as an editable pdf so you can complete online or print it out. You can use your Planner if you already have one.
There will also be a guidebook you can use to make notes throughout the session. You can print this out, use your journal or complete it online.

Hi, lovely to meet you here! I’m Sarah and I love working with healers, light workers and energy practitioners to help them to get clear on their business goals, creating and implementing simple systems and shifting energy blocks to success.
Through my products and services I empower healers and therapists to create a sustainable business. They have amazing gifts and abilities, but not always the business knowledge, so I give them practical marketing skills and clear energy and mindset blocks to help them succeed.
My vision is that this brings even more health, peace, love, joy and vibrancy to the world and allows us all to fully express our soul purpose!
I’m a coach, EFT therapist and have a corporate background so I have that beautiful blend of practical solutions mixed with energetic alignment to help create abundance. I’m also a bit of a geek and love to help people with their systems and tech! In 2021 I qualified as a Sacred Money Archetypes® Coach and I am so excited to share this powerful work with my clients.
I coordinate a thriving Facebook community, the Healing Business Academy and love networking – both online and face to face. I’ve built my business on networking and am passionate about supporting others in business.
